Barmouth cottages, self catering holiday accommodation close to the beach and mountains.

We have a total of 4 holiday cottages that are located on two seperate neighbouring farms; Bennar Isa Farm and Rowen Farm. The cottages have varied styles and occupancy levels and will be suitable for most families wishing to visit Barmouth, Harlech, Dolgellau and the Cambrian Coast one of the most beautiful parts of Snowdonia, North Wales.
A family run and personally supervised business providing family holiday accommodation for the past 48 years.

BENNAR ISA FARM is situated 4 miles from Barmouth & Harlech and 1 mile from Dyffryn Ardudwy and Talybont Villages in Gwynedd, idealy situated for touring Mid/North Wales and Snowdonia.

Probably the closest holiday lets to the beach in the area; A five minute stroll through our farm fields and boardwalk brings you to one of the loveliest Blue flag beaches in Mid Wales. There are magnificent sea and mountain views from each house. The area is renowned for its outstanding scenery and natural beauty.

All three dwellings are stone built with 3' deep window recesses, and were originally the old farmhouse and out-buildings before they were converted and modernised to a high standard with original features, the holiday accommodation are in an enclosed large lawned garden with individual private patio with table, chairs and BBQ.

ROWEN FARM is situated in the delightful village of Talybont, mid way between Barmouth and Harlech and close to Dolgellau. The property adjoins the farmhouse with a 15-20 min. stroll through our fields to the beach. The dwelling is stone built and was originally the old stable and grain store before being converted to a high standard keeping the original beams and trusses and fully double glazed.
Freezer and launderette available. FRI-FRI Let.

Bedlinen supplied in the upgraded Farmhouse, Cottage and Bungalow only. [unless traveling outside of UK with prior notice at extra cost].
Cot, travel cot, high chair and stair gate can also be hired.
Booking-in time no earlier than 4:00pm this will be stated in your booking form, please notify us of late arrival. Units to be vacated promptly by 10am on day of departure. A condition of booking is that the unit is to be left as found clean and tidy, all cleaning materials and vacuum are supplied. Enviromentally friendly products i.e. washing-up liquid, washing detergents, fabric softeners etc. of which initially supplied, only to be used at Bennar Isa. {No BLEACH products}
Keys for your cottage to be collected from the office @ Rowen Farm LL43 2AD where you will attain your keys and directions to Bennar Isa Farm which is approx 1/2 mile nearer the beach.

All units are fully equipped including duvet, extra blankets, 2 pillows pp. and electric blankets in winter, hairdryer, clock/radio, Iron and board. Books, puzzles and games.

Short breaks available out of season [minimum 3 nights].
Not including Half Terms, Easter, School Holidays, Xmas and New Year

Christmas "Special" to include:- decorated tree, lights, garland and wreath ready for your arrival.

We do not accept debit or credit cards.
Cheques made payable to J E Williams & Co. Bank transfers accepted.
25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 4 weeks before your holiday, should you cancel within this period you will be liable for the whole amount.
Please ensure you have appropriate insurance to cover your holiday.

Ample off road car parking for all properties.
